Carry Me fit
Carry Me Fit is a 60 minute pre and postnatal exercise class. This class is structured to benefit women interested in keeping fit during pregnancy and getting back into shape after having their baby. The classes include dance fitness, weight-bearing exercises and nursery rhyme songs to engage your baby. This class is suitable for parent and child to attend from pregnancy or 6 weeks to 1 year old.
You will need to bring a babycarrier/sling and refreshments for you and your baby. Classes need to be booked in advance.
