Carry Me Fit! Where Performing Arts meets Fitness! DANCE FITNESS PRE & POSTNATAL FITNESS CLASS! A fun and funky 45 minute pregnancy and babywearing dance fitness class for parents/carers and their babies up to 18 months old. Healthy pregnant women with stress free pregnancies are invited to attend this class to keep fit throughout pregnancy.Includes toning, stretching and baby sing along in cool down. Pushy Parents! A 45 minute aerobic and toning exercise class using the baby sitting in the pram/buggy as the tool within which to train. This class is based outside. Suitable for parents/carers and their children from 6 months up to 2 years old. FIRST CLASS FREE but Booking in advance is essential. *NEW Additional Parent PoW-WoW, which is a chance for class participants to socialise and make new friends.
Toddle n Tone! A 45 minute creative exercise class for parents with children 6 months - 2 years old. Using age appropriate props and interaction to keep the child engaged, promoting bonding and getting a good workout in! Introducing NEW FUNCTIONAL FITNESS for parents! *NEW Additional Parent PoW-WoW, which is a chance for class participants to socialise and make new friends. NEW CLASS STARTING SEPTEMBER 2017. A 45 minute bootcamp style exercise class for parents/carers to get fit alongside their little one, using partnering techniques and weights and child as leverage. This class offers circuits, obstacle course and multi-skills training exercises and apparatus that promotes teamwork, bonding, gross motor skills and fitness levels. This class is suitable for ages 3 and up.
Family Funk! A 60 minute dance fitness, interpretive, self expression class for parents/carers and their child4 years onwards. Promoting bonding of child and adult. It's time to cut some shapes with your child before they get too embarassed and walk away from you! Mindfulness Stretch n Relax section in cool down.
Aerobic Scarf Twirling A dynamic 60 minute dance fitness class, twirling chiffon scarves for cardiovascular and toning, to provide good all over fitness and fun. Ideal for pregnant women or parent/carers with their children from birth.
Female Football Fitness Female Football Fitness is for ladies who want to train like a footballer. No more sitting back watching, you are now front and centre. Drills, skills and spills honing ball control, running, HIIT, building speed, agility and strength. Come with your friends and enjoy something different! Warning: This could seriously change your figure!

Dance Fitness Workshops/Discos I provide themed dance fitness parties that cater for both adult and child. 1 hour 30 minutes of learning fun-filled dance routines, burning calories in costume or to a theme of your choice. I am a performer so it seemed like a natural addition to the roster. Book me for HEN parties, Birthdays and weddings. Great for entertainment for the fitness enthusiast! BOOK ME HERE
Things to consider when taking ANY class with Firefly Fitness UK:
Classes are mixed abilities. Your child(ren) will be your responsibility during the class.
I am here to guide all participants in performing the exercises correctly to get the best results.
Please dress in proper kit for training - suitable trainers, sports bra, leggings/tracksuit bottoms, T-Shirts or vests.
Breastfeeding mums welcome. Dads welcome. Any other family members welcome too.
Attire should be covering the body appropriately.
Please arrive 15 minutes earlier to fill out health questionnaire. If you have any medical needs please let me know.

Please watch your language and temperament as children will be present.
