To Change Your Mind about keeping healthy is a mission impossible for some people. Or so they think. Not many people like 'change' but I love it because it could mean that I may turn out to be a better version of myself if I try. Most things in life take effort but we lack the motivation to give it a go. This means we are probably living half a life. Just think of how many hours we spend whinging about what we don't have and not focussing on what we do have. If you have health you are King! Especially these days with ill health being mass produced through all the junk we eat, all the pollution in the air, the water we drink, what we watch and even the company we keep. Because to be truly healthy takes a holistic approach. When we embark upon something we may at first think 'this is long', 'I don't see the point' or 'it's hard work' but after it becomes habit (21 days in succession) and we see results we should keep going. If we stop, we've come all this way for nothing. Most importantly here, looking after our health is OUR responsibility, it's OURS, WE own it. It's so precious and people take it for granted. If you are overweight/underweight and have no major health issues be thankful and keep moving. If you have a goal, jog towards it. So many people let their health go because they are lazy or do not cherish it. On the other end of the spectrum so many are ill and cannot go back. I am very thankful for my health and have no ailments to date. I am a mother, sister, aunty, friend, teacher, wife, carer, business woman and people depend upon me to look after them. I cannot let them down but so most importantly I need to look after number 1 first so I can wear all these hats and still be standing at the end of the day. I say again - Your health is YOUR responsibility TAKE CARE OF IT!
